New Versioning System
We are working on a new patch than will be released on monday. This is the second patch after the second build. This fact has convinced us that a new versioning system is needed. From today we will call all new versions with 3 numbers separated by dot:
– the first number indicates the majot revision (the next will be S2ENGINEHD 2…). It is released every 1-2 years.
– the second number indicates the build (the next build will be the number 03). It is released every 2-3 months.
– the third number indicates the minor revision (i.e. patches, bugfixes). It is released every 1-2 weeks, if needed.
So the next update will be called: 1.02.02 (S2ENGINEHD 1, build 02, patch 02)
